Christmas Dinners || 2015

Hey guys! Hope all is well. Welcome to my Christmas dinner with Cargiant!

First off, I'd like to start off by saying I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and ate a lot of goodies!

As my boyfriend is a Cargiant employee, we were invited to the Cargiant Christmas Dinner a couple of weeks ago and omg was it incredible! I walked into the venue and it felt magical! It was at Syon Park, Brentford and there were entertainers from 'To Russia, With Love'. It was so great that the first thing I said to my boyfriend was 'I need to share this with everyone, get the camera out!'. I felt like I had just walked into a winter wonderland of my own. It was such an incredible night where I met lots of new lovely people and also bumped into people I haven't seen in forever which is also great!

It was a night full of entertainment and yummy food; they had a bar, casino, a photo booth, dodgems; also known as bumper cars and Russian entertainers. It was truly a magical night, they even put little lights on the ceiling of the tent to give a starry night effect! So I snapped away so I could share it with you guys.

There was a 3-course meal which was extremely mouth watering and satisfying, I can truly say I've never eaten that well when it is not a home cooked meal. For the starter, we had a Mediterranean Tart with Tomato and Mozzarella Salad. For the main course, we had, lemon and thyme grilled chicken breast with roasted root vegetables and dauphinoise potatoes, this is something I'd definitely like to learn to cook at home! Lastly, for dessert, we had, a trio of chocolate and salted caramel brownies, which honestly I wasn't a big fan of, spiced gingerbread posset, which I must say was so good I stole my boyfriends one! and lastly a warm cinnamon and raspberry doughnut, which has now become my favourite doughnut of all time!

The night then went on and proceeded into a very interesting and one of a kind sort of nights! I loved every bit of it, this is here to showing you why!
